Description: 

To supply materials, equipment and labour to upgrades HVAC System at Silver Birches Public School in North bay Ontario.  

 

This includes but is not limited to:

Roof Area:

  1. Remove existing roof mounted RTU unit and replace with new product. Modify ductwork, roof curb, gas piping to suit new installation.
  2. Extend/modify gas line to suit new RTU unit installation.
  3. Disconnect/reconnect existing BMS Honeywell control system, upgrade/modify to suit new RTU unit.
  4. Existing roof mounted ductwork to be reconnected to the new RTU unit, insulate and jacket.
  5. Remove and replace existing roof mounted exhaust fans and upgrade with new product. Provide sub-curbs to suit existing roof curbs. Provide new electronic timers as shown on electrical drawings.
  6. Disconnect and connect new RTU unit and exhaust fan to the existing power circuit. Modify wiring, distribution as required.
  7. Perform any other work as required by this contract.
