Description: 
  1. Roof Areas
    1. Install three (3) energy recovery unit ERV #1, ERV #2 and ERV #3 roof mounted complete with ductwork, roof curbs, grilles. Remove and disconnect existing exhaust fan serving washroom / change room – Level 100 (beside Gym) and A/H units serving Gym. Remove portion of hydronic heating piping, pump, valves, etc.

    3. Install new gas line distribution on the roof to suit new ERV units.
    4.  
    5. Upgrade existing DDC Honeywell Control to suit new ERV units. Existing pneumatic and electric control to be removed and made safe.
    6.  
    7. Modify existing roof structure to accommodate new rooftop ERV units as per structural drawings.
    8.  
    9. Existing ductwork serving return air duct to be cleaned prior to the alteration.
    10.  
    11. Install new hydronic heating for fin radiations within the Gym Area, complete with heating piping, insulation, valves, etc. and DDC control.
    12.  
    13. Connect new ERV units to the existing electrical panel, provide new feeders and breakers.
    14.  
    15. Remove and re-install, modify existing T-bar and drywall ceilings in the work area – see architectural drawing.
    16.  
    17. Remove existing and re-install lighting fixtures, fire alarm and other devices with the ceiling upgrades related to structural work.
    18.  
    19. Perform any other work required by this contract.
