The Near North District School Board is launching this Request for Tender for qualified Proponents/General Contractors to submit a proposal for the build of a new 105,000 square foot, 2-storey JK-12 school and demolish the existing High School at the site of the existing Parry Sound High School which his located 111 Isabella St. in Parry Sound, Ontario.    

All general contractors who are considering submitting a tender proposal MUST attend the mandatory site visit. Any proponent that submits a proposal and has not attended the site visit will automatically be disqualified and their proposal will be classified as non-compliant. Refer to Appendix A for site visit pre-registration.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04).
