Description: 

Heating Plant Upgrades consisting of but not limited to:

Mechanical 

Boiler Room:

1. Remove existing heating plant complete with all piping, valves, headers, chimney
breeching, expansion tanks, drainage piping, pumps and other accessories,
disconnect from existing control system (Teckmar controller).
2. Construct new hot water heating plant including new piping, condensing boilers,
headers, primary and secondary pumping stations, new breeching,
chimney/venting system, new gas line distribution, piping insulation and jackets,
concrete slabs.
3. Provide temperature sensors and wiring for internal boilers control.
4. Paint entire floor after job completion. (around 600 SQ FT) – 2 layers of grey epoxy
paint.
5. Repair existing wall areas after old chimney removals, provide new structural
supports for new chimney stacks.
6. Perform any other work required by this contract.


Electrical:

Boiler Room:

1. Disconnect all heating plant equipment to be removed, remove conduit wiring up
to electrical panels, make services safe.
2. Connect new boilers, pumps, unit heaters, etc. to the existing electrical panel.
3. Provide new wiring and breakers as required.
4. Perform any other work required by this contract
